Reviews of Devimco Immobilier in Brossard

J'ai acheté un condo neuf à Solar Uniquartier de Devimco. J'ai avisé Devimco d'une infiltration d'eau il y a plus d'un an et demi. Ils ont essayé une solution rapide en décembre 2022 qui n'a pas résolu le problème. Depuis, après plusieurs demandes, je n'ai toujours aucune suite concernant les réparations.

Devimco s'assure de fournir un service impeccable avant la signature de la vente du condo. Mais lorsque le condo est vendu, ils disparaissent, nous laissant avec nos problèmes.


I bought a new condo at Solar Uniquartier from Devimco. I notified Devimco of a water infiltration over a year and a half ago. They tried a quick fix in December 2022, which did not resolve the issue. Since then, after several requests, I still have no follow-up regarding repairs.

Devimco makes sure to provide impeccable service before the signing of the condo sale. But when the condo is sold, they disappear, leaving us with our problems.

Dominique Bergeron de chez Devimco fut extraordinaire. Son service, son efficacité et ses professionnalisme sont tout excellent et ce que chaque constructeur immobilier devrait détenir comme atout chez leurs employés. Si ce n’étais pas pour les services de cette personne je serais pas aussi satisfait aujourd’hui. Merci Dominique pour votre patience et tous vos efforts afin de nous rendre heureux et de pouvoir faire confiance à Devimco.

Despite that I bought 2condos, 1st one from Amati project of Devimco company and 2nd is from Maestria project, I would say Devimco company is not trustable at all, they don’t respect their promises on the contract, they were supposed to pay me back the welcome tax of the condo of Amati project but after 2 years, still they didn’t pay me and I have to pay for a lawyer to send them legal notice and take them to court to force them to do what they signed on their contract… it’s a big shame for Devimco
