Bronte Auto Services has been my best car buying experience ever! Over the years I have purchased many vehicles, but BAS is a family run business and it shows. From the minute I contacted them about them they were extremely accommodating, super helpful, and above all honest.
What sets them apart from everyone else is the complete lack of sales pressure.
I came back multiple times to check and recheck and drive the vehicle. Each time they gave up time to answer my questions and ensure that I had any and all answers I needed to feel comfortable.
What's more, after purchasing the vehicle I had a couple little issues which they totally owned and took care of.
Again, this is not the case everywhere. and while these issues meant they now made little to no money on the sale of the vehicle, for them it was more important to have a happy customer.
They will now be my first phone call for all future vehicle purchases and I have already been recommending them throughout the car clubs I belong to.
Whether you are looking for your 1st or 10th car, you are treated with respect and like one of the family here. I cannot say enough great things about BAS. Thank you gents from everything, this has by far been my best experience and I will certainly be sending you more referrals. Everyone needs someone they can trust when buying a car, I only wish I had found you all years ago!
