Beware. Clay began initial visits with seeming care and comments about ensuring we were well taken care of. After he was scheduled to begin the work we found the consideration of our schedules and timelines significantly lacking. He did not seem to care that he was putting us out, causing stress and his communications back to us stated ‘**it happens’. After multiple no-shows with no communication keeping us informed (after moving important appointments for his visits) as well as screening our calls & texts (even with advertised 24 hour availability), we decided to terminate as the project was dragging out well beyond acceptable delays and was causing undue stress and d. As he had asked for almost 70% up front, which we gave in good faith, we attempted to recuperate a portion for the work not completed but were again met with no reply. If you value peace of mind, care, clear communication, consideration and efficiency look elsewhere as we feel supremely taken advantage of.
