I have been here several
Times for birthdays and decided to try it out with free play. The women at the front desk was absolutely rude. customer service is poor. if you do a birthday party here don’t choose the pancake package. Pizza is so so. more activities outside of the structure at other play gyms like playcious. If the employees here were friendlier we would consider returning. If you don’t like people, then maybe you shouldn’t be in customer service let alone arounds kids and families.
