Reviews of SMART Repair Centre in Burlington

I had been there before to repair the bumper. Vlad did a good job. But ownership has apparently changed. I had rust damage to the driver side door. The job way beyond their ability to repair. Instead of saying that it could not be repaired, they were prepared to accept the money. They patched and painted. But they had allowed chunks of the bottom to fall off, or they had simply removed them. The inside of the door had a piece dangling -- it is held by a thread. Incredibly shoddy workmanship. Stay away. I should go to Small Claims Court, but that system is broken, too. As I say, just stay away.
