Truly horrifying experience. Called to get clarification on how to process a warranty claim. The lady I first spoke to was fine, but then she handed me off to someone else (not sure if it was the manager or owner) who was verbally abusive. Instead of helping, I was yelled at and repeatedly called "stupid" for purchasing that ac unit. I strongly encourage others to avoid this company and any other company using them to fulfill their warranties, e.g. Visions electronics, Samsung, etc.

My Friend or dad could not make more than Kent & Natalya made for me.
Kent not only fixed my old, but still good Samsung TV,
he also made some changes inside one so the TV shows much better now!
