Stay well away from this company. My wife and I moved in on November 2022 and on the day we moved into the building, 317 east 8th Avenue Vancouver, the building manager assaulted my wife and her friend. Bayside took no action against this guy.
VPD are investigating the incident. Numerous tenants in the building came to us with accounts of inappropiate touching of females, parcels being stolen, the list goes on. If anyone was perceived to have upset him he would turn off the elevator. This happened on an almost daily basis. When we left all the fire exits in the basement were locked.
All of this was reported to Bayside who chose to ignore every complaint. Be warned...
