Csky Windows provides the windows to Associated Windows Repair. The quality of the windows is very poor and did not even last one year. The noise coming through the window is much louder than the previous window. The frame is falling apart and not sealed properly. Does the warranty apply when the window is purchased by Associated Windows?
The warranty will not apply to:
Products, which have been damaged as a result of improper installation or abuse of the product. Associated Windows improperly installed the window, so now they owe me a new window on their dime.

I had initially called Csky for a quote, no answer. Left messages, no return call. Emailed and no response from this company. I do not recommend. You get what you pay for. Cheap price for cheap crappy windows.
