DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would rate at zero stars if I could. The owner of Canadian Doormaster was unhappy with my contractor and liened our house without opening a dialogue with myself (the homeowner). I am waiting for a call from the owner of Canadian Doormaster to explain their aggressive actions. I would advise against using this company from the bottom of my soul. The owner of Canadian Doormaster, by their actions clearly thought placing a lien on someone's home is a game. Open a discussion with me so the issue of $350.00 can be discussed for goodness sake. That's not a lot of money, I am sure a discussion with myself could have taken place if the owner of Canadian Doormaster would've had the courage to contact me before registering the lien with land titles. I am furious and have every right to be. I am sure whatever happened with my contractor and the owner of the company could have been resolved if the owner of Canadian Doormaster had contacted the homeowner. It didn't have to shake out this way. Stay clear from using this company so you don't encounter a similar experience.
