Awful experience with this vet. Had an initial consultation where my dog was prescribed meds, and the next day my dog came up with a cough which I thought may be related to the medication. I was charged again a full fee for consultation (over $100 PER consult) even though he had just been seen and it was THE NEXT DAY. Vet did not suggest any actual exams ONLY a physical was done both times. When I asked for my dog’s prescription (to fill it elsewhere) they asked for an ADDITIONAL $25 “PRESCRIPTION FEE”, which when I asked what it was for the lead vet literally said “well if you fill this prescription somewhere else we miss out on that money so we have to charge you for the prescription”. I have never in my life experienced any situation like this, where they milk any situation to get the most money out of you with ridiculous additional fees for things that should be covered in the initial consultation.
