Reviews of DINAH Cleaning Services LTD in Burnaby

After coming an hour late, 2 cleaners came to clean my small basement suite, not a big job and can clean myself under an hour but wanted to get a thorough spring cleaning done so was gonna let professionals do it.

Big mistake, the photos I am leaving are AFTER they finished cleaning, so not sure what they actually cleaned in the house. Looks like the washroom and floor was a bit cleaned so there is that, but I myself could have done a better job and done the entire house that 2 cleaners from this service didn't do, was not happy with the service and honestly would usually just let it slide but if it's done this badly I had to leave a negative review in case other people need cleaning an try this service.

Now I will need to hire an entirely new service to get the cleaning done properly. Not very happy with this at all, unprofessional and late and basically didn't clean my place so will cost more time and money, I would leave negative stars if I could.

I really wanted to be cool about this and think maybe this was just a one off mistake from the company and not indicative of the quality of the general company but after contacting them they offered no support and even after seeing the pictures they insist the job was done. They have now call spammed my phone 8-10 times and they have also threatened to send people over tomorrow so it is a little unsettling, will need to contact the Better Business Bureau for this and proper authorities on this if needed.

Long story short, even after the photo and review here they are insisting that service was completed properly so I would not recommend using this service, this has not only cost me stress and time of trying to get this cleaning done on time for plans on the weekend but all the stress of this is just not worth it.

I was actually trying to be kind and respect the cleaners time, even if they did not clean well and the washroom was partially cleaned and messy, I offered to pay the cleaning fee for the washroom which took them 2 cleaners to clean for some reason but now they are threatening to send people over tomorrow, so... very odd way for a company to behave. Not professional. Will keep updated on case as it unfolds and if police was needed.

Just wanted to spring clean my house professionally but this company, definitely not worth the headache and stress.
