Really bad customer service at the front counter, very rude! They even didn’t listen my request and said they are very busy!

Refuses to work with patients to give them a chance to get the proper number for after hours. Ive expressed my concern 4 plus times to no avail. No one seems to care that patients are unable to contact the office if they do not call within the 3 hour window right in the middle of the most busy time of the day for everyone. How inconvenient and inconsiderate to all of their patients.
