The owner is a terrible leader and will stop at nothing to control every matter. The owner is really in need of a sensitivity workshop as from what I witnessed on many occasions the owner is a HR nightmare. The owner curses out people literally all day while on the phone and demeans clients, coworkers, employees and vendors both on the phone and in person. The owner loves to tell people what they want to hear no matter how long of a stretch it is from the truth. The owner encourages the employees to also tell untrue versions of situations when a fire needs to be put out. And it is always high risk Forrest fire season at this company. The owner is rude, insensitive, emotionally and verbally abusive, unprofessional, narcissistic, disrespectful and so incredibly inauthentic it’s cringe worthy. I believe people should be warned of this behavior before they engage in any sort of business relations.
Never ever deal with these people. Bad News!!!
