Morrey Nissan changed the roof linner on my 2018 Nissan Rouge and this is what I got , I called Michael (Manager of Morrey Nissan Bodyshop) he doesn't want to fix the problem saying that it's gonna cost them so much on labour again, so I called ICBC , and now ICBC told them to reorder a new roof linner and fix it ,very bad work done by this body shop and taking no responsibility.

The shop only ordered the roof liner only after I had to go back to ICBC and ICBC told them to reorder it , if there had took the responsibility than I didn't had to go through all this headaches.
