I'm unfortunately going to have to give this place a 1 star for their solution to DAMANGED PROPERTY during a glass install. From the photo you can see damaged wires likely as a result of forgetting to pull the receiver off the glass before removing the glass. I went to use the remote starter during the last cold snap and it would not work. I discovered damaged wires. I noticed some of the pins pulled out and pushed them back in. I emailed the store and they said to come in and they would have a manager look at it. Their SOLUTION is they put more heat shrink around the frayed wires and told me to come back if it doesn't work.

My vehicle came in with perfect wires and came out with exposed wires and their solution is to come back if it doesn't work. I have asked them to compensate the cost of the glass but that was too much for them. Your property should not come back damaged after an install and their solution is to say " come back if it doesn't work". In 4 years when it doesn't work anymore no ones going to remember this incident and I'm SOL. The glass install work was great but the solution for damaging my remote starter was not professional. Won't recommend to friends and will not do business with this company again.
