Reviews of AM PM Limo & Party Bus Calgary in Calgary

I was extremely disappointed with this company.
Not with the driver (Dave) or even the 2 ladies that helped me with my booking (Kristin and Faye), but with the response I got when I called on the day of my booking.
I had requested the Hummer limo as this is what my wife really wanted. I got the quote and then confirmation of my booking, both of which confirmed that the Hummer was the vehicle booked.
On the day of the limo ride, it wasn’t the Hummer that turned up. I spoke with the driver and he confirmed that it was supposed to be the Hummer but he was told, when he went to the yard to pick up the vehicle, to take another one instead. When I called to find out why this had happened I was met with complete rudeness and aggression.
The guy told me that the Hummer is a minimum 3 hour booking……something that I was not told and is not shown on their website. I asked why I was not informed of this and his response was “If you don’t like it, I can just tell my driver to get in the vehicle and leave”
Please be wary of using this company as it seems they are quite happy to take your money but fail deliver what has actually been booked and really don’t care about customer satisfaction.
I will definitely not be using them again and certainly will not recommend them at all.

We have used AM PM numerous times in the past and have had decent experiences. Unfortunately this go round, we had to cancel our limo last minute due to COVID. Although their T&C's state that a cancellation within 24 hours will be non refundable, I believe that companies need to evaluate these types of scenarios. They should want to make exceptions and look after their repeat customers. It's called reasonable customer service. That was not the case with AM PM. They would not refund any of our money - $450. Thankfully there are plenty of limo companies to choose from in Calgary. I highly recommend you go elsewhere so that you don't get burned while dealing with uncontrollables such as COVID.
