I have rented a place and transferred my lease to someone else. They told me that I’ll get my deposit back if I am transferring the lease and the new tenant is paying 3 months rent and deposit along with the lease. Now, they are denying giving my deposit back saying that I broke my lease which is not correct, I transferred it to other and emailed them the same. They knew about the transfer thing but didn’t tell me anything till today. The are cheap property brokers and a fraud brokerage firm. I would not recommend AMPM to anyone
