UPDATE- FOWARD TO WHEN OWNER HAMID REACHED OUT TO ME.

Sept 6th owner of autoplex hamid reached out to me as he wanted me to remove my reviews and in replace of that he will " fix my suv , and more". SEPT 7th he took my SUV and was bringing it to his uncle at quick stop auto repair. My SUV was gone for a month. In the mean time i had a camaro ss as a loaner ( videos of issues with the camaro can be provided ).Finally on OCT 4th my SUV was ready to be picked up, brooks asked me to take it for a drive then if it sounds OK to come back and sign papers. Needless to say I refused to sign the papers and i told him i feel comfortable bringing it for my own inspection, brooks then tells me I can not take my SUV. Within a minute he tells me if I take my SUV I need a inspection that same day.
I noticed that the deferential was not replaced , the breaks and rotors were still the same , the suv was pulling to the right and still vibrating. I reached out to the owner Hamid who said I can bring the car in on Tuesday the 11th and he will arrange a loaner. Tuesday the 11th came and hamid was not responding to calls or texts so I reached out to brooks. Brooks informed me that I will have to wait until Oct 12 to get a loaner.

Oct 12 I show up at the dealership and brooks wanted to drive the SUV, he drove 1 min down the street and came back. He said he didn't have a loaner for me however he will call one stop auto to get the suv in for a alignment, I informed him I can not wait around for the SUV and needed the loaner ( as promised). He said he has no plates, so I can take my SUV and come back tomorrow and wait for the alignment. I informed him that does not work as I have work.

I then got in my car and called the owner Hamid , he instantly began to lie that he had 3 different opinions ( I went to the garages and they denied that my car was brought there ). At this point I am getting frustrated, I was then belittled on the phone about my credit , and that I'm not special or worthy of them fixing the car that THEY sold me. I openly recorded my convos for my own safety and legal reasons.. I have proof of the loaners I had that have MAJOR issues, also proof I was driving around in loaners with NO registration. Also proof that I went to the garages he claimed to bring my car to ( gave me paper work from one of them) and they denied even working on my car.

I financed a 2017 dodge journey RT from this dealership and it has been a absolute nightmare. I dealt with the GM (brooks) and from the beginning it has been nothing but lies and a complete run around. The vehicle has major issues that his mechanic "missed " during the inspection. It's been one month now and brooks has taken my SUV a total of 3 times and each time I got the SUV back the major issues was not fixed. My SUV has bad tires, a bad rear differential, a terrible vibration coming front passenger front tire, breaks a bad right front shock, and minor issues like a non working back up cam , smashed interior vents , I have had 2 loaner vehicles during these times and both vehicles also had issues the 2014 Ford taurus SHO ( in which he is selling for 26,000 ) has a horrid cracking noise when turning the wheel... also a Grey dodge journey crossroad with a vibration while driving on highways.

Please save yourself the headache and DO NOT get a vehicle from these scam artists.. they also lie on the paper work

I have to say when we first met John he seemed like a stand up sort of guy. He kept calling me "bro" and he made us feel very comfortable with renting our very first RV ever.

After him showing us what we were supposed to know, we left. This is when the troubles began.

The 4 back tires were almost at 50% of the psi they need to be (the lowest was 46 and the highest was 50). The Kal Tire shop owner in Yorkton told us that besides being unsafe and leading to the dramatic vertical swaying we experienced they also contributed to lower gas mileage and could’ve gotten us into an accident as they were so low the tire walls were wearing. He said that was a very unsafe way to travel. He filled them for free.

The awning didn't work which was a luxury we paid for that was very missed in the uncovered heat we were in.

Besides those top two the bottom ones aren’t “as big” of a deal in their own but combined this is ridiculous.

It wasn’t cleaned at all so we shouldn’t have needed to pay a cleaning fee.

The gas tank was half full which was a waste of our time even though he did say we could bring it back at a half tank.

The water tank was empty and we were told it was more than half full. If we didn't double check we would have been without water as where we stayed had no amenities.

The black water tank was full. This is just wrong and gross to have to deal with someone elses waste. We emptied it on the first night after barely using it on the road and it was maxed out. This also wasted our gas carrying the extra weight.

No stereo for two 10 hrs treks. This should’ve been explained in the listing. He did get it working a few hours after we returned it but it didn't work while we had it.

Improper sewage line (as we were told at the RV park) that doesn’t fit through the hole in the bottom and makes it very difficult and messy to drain.

Water hose didn’t have a proper o ring seal so when hooked to utilities it leaked all night. The RV park we stayed at on the way wasn’t very happy with this and said they typically wouldn't let someone use that but made an exception for us.

We weren’t shown that we needed sewage tablets, we weren’t shown how to use the safety braces for the slide outs, we weren’t shown how to flush the black water out with the water line.

Then after all of this they wouldn't even compensate for these issues. John actually hung up on my wife. Honestly, we will never rent from Autoplex again. This was a terrible first RV experience with a junky trailer that was made to sound good in the ad. I wouldn't trust them if I was you.
