- They *coincidentally* increased some of their prices by a good 15-20%, a little while before Black Friday.
- My experience: LOWEST QUALITY BY FAR, BUT PRICE FAR FROM THE LOWEST.

=== QUALITY - Low and inconsistent
- I would stay away from their plates! They look nice in photos, but there seems to be NO QUALITY CONTROL! You will likely need to buy equipment to file them down! Half of them were rough enough to
a) Scratch my bar and racks
b) Cut my hands when unwrapping and holding them
c) Not fit on olympic bars
- Descriptions and measurements were *conveniently* inaccurate.
a) Bar sleeves were much shorter than advertised
b) Plates were much thicker than advertised
c) Couldn’t fit nearly as much as they lead me to think
- My experience: FOR A PRICE THAT IS FAR FROM THE LOWEST, THE QUALITY IS THE LOWEST BY FAR. I have about 50’000$ of gym equipment from various brands and suppliers, but this one defined rock bottom for me.

=== CUSTOMER SUPPORT - Rather inattentive
- Replies were *conveniently* spaced out and dragged it out.
- When they did reply, they usually haven’t read my messages attentively, so I found myself repeating the same things a few times, even though they could just scroll up and read it.
- They brushed off some issues and swept them under the rug.
- My previous review on some of their products seems to have disappeared.

=== RETURN POLICY - Maximal friction
Return shipping is covered, so you don’t have to worry about paying. Quite simple:
1. Re-package my few hundreds of defective plates
2. Load all those defective plates onto my car
3. Drive defective plates to the package carrier
4. Unload defective plates from my car
5. Carry all defective plates into the shipping center
