Derek , I'm sorry we were not able to help you, but I explained on the phone we do not service outside of city limits, and if you had given us your address when we asked (instead of 2 days before your appointment) you could have made other arrangements to work with your day off. Posting bad reviews of our company is by no means a legitimate review as we did not service your home. -Owner.
