Reviews of Bonaventure Estates in Calgary

I highly recommend finding another place where the management is not rude and is helpful.
The building is not concrete, the walls are thin and poorly built. This results in a couple of things:
1. If a tenant below your apartment smokes cannabis inside their apartment it seeps through the walls and vents. If they have a BBB on their balcony it also seeps through the walls and derelict windows. Ditto for the cold and wind and ventilation in the hallway because there is a half inch wide spacing between the apartment doors and the walls. Ditto for the smell coming from the hallway. There is an awful smell of sewage in the hallway every week that comes through the vents.
2. The intentional noise from other tenants is never addressed by the management. In fact if you persist they raise their voice and become impatient.
I do not recommend living here. Whatever money you may save from a lower rent will not compensate for the good living you may have elsewhere.
