I had booked a trip to France in January, 2022 with another Travel Agency that was of virtually NO help with the details of travel during Covid. I called Boulevard Travel after speaking with a number of other travel agencies who would not answer my questions as they did not do the booking, I then found an ANGEL in Yolanda Tkychuk at Boulevard Travel. She was Exceptionally kind, patience and helpful and even emailed me additional documents that were not provided by the travel agency that I had booked with. She also advised that I could contact her from France if we ran into any issues and this has made ALL the difference in the world to me as my anxiety was becoming overwhelming! Yolanda is Extraordinary in her knowledge of travel requirements, (especially during the Covid ) and offered info that I would not have thought of. I would HIGHLY recommend Boulevard Travel and if you have the pleasure of working with Yolanda ~ you KNOW you are in Great Hands. In future , I will ONLY book with Boulevard Travel.
