Reviews of Britannia Home Inspections in Calgary

A home inspection was completed by Britannia Home Inspections and their employee created a mountain of chaos without any evidence to back his comments. When asked to provide evidence for their assessment of the situation, they completely ignored the request. This same home inspector made blanket statements about items that will need replacement again without without any evidence - ie. hot water tanks that are fully functional and less than 10 years old. I believe the this home inspector believed he needed to prove to the buyer ,who requested the inspection, that he had done his job. I would never recommend this company nor will I use them when I soon purchase a home. This kind of nonsense is uncalled for and brings unnecessary drama, conflict to the process.
