When the refurbished equipment fails they refuse to send you new equipment. Wifi router wouldn’t stay connected. They told me if it continues they would send a new one out. Calling 4x in 3 months they told me I could only order a new wifi router from a manager. All 4x managers were available, never did one call me back. Total scam rip off.
