Canyon Creek is the classic example of a dishonest import franchise dealer that is only interested in making a profit. Do not expect them to honor a factory warranty on an OEM factory dealer installed part purchased from them because you will receive nothing but double speak and platitudes, as I have recently experienced. I'm very unimpressed with Canyon Creek and especially their service department. Having taken my prized Toyota there since 1992, they will never see business from me ever again. And I would recommend other Toyota owners to do the same. To this day, nobody from Canyon Creek has bothered contacting directly to remedy the situation. This speaks volumes about their poor attitude towards honesty and customer service. Caveat Emptor.
