This not a clean or safe place to live. 4th and 6th floor smells like pot. Management needs an over haul. The are not very competent. Amanda, the supposedly property manager, needs to upgrade her computer and communication skills. She will tell you one thing and do 5he complete opposite. The garbage room is so disgusting always over flow of garbage. Either going to end up with bed bugs or rats.
Don’t leave food on your counter as the red bugs will be all over it. Amanda’s solution is to bring her the bug. Is she incompetent or what. These red bugs move fast. She said she needs a bug before she contacts pest control. I spoken to many residents and they all have the same problem. Even when your windows are closed you will still get the smell of cigarettes and drugs in your apartment. I have pics since February of the overflow of garbage, which is a constant disgusting mess.
