Best service and very knowledgeable: I was in search of a Canadian Pardon Specialist to help apply for my Record Suspension (known as Canadian Pardon) while I am living outside. I found CIBS through the BBB website and also checked out the reviews about the firm. There was no complaint, all the reviews with highly positive which gave me good confidence in Mr. Rehman, the CEO of CIBS Ltd. I haven’t met Mr. Rehman in person yet but had been communicating through emails and skype . He has been very prompt and straight forward with all the queries I had before and during the file preparation process. The average decision-making time for the Parole Board of Canada is 18-24 months after submitting the application. However, we received the decision within 12 months without any additional documentation or clarification required by the Parole Board of Canada, which clearly shows how thoroughly Mr. Rehman went through the application before submitting it.
