I will never rent from this location, the person who served me, was very friendly when he gave me the vehicle, but when I returned the vehicle he was aggressive and rude on the phone. I was shocked to learn instead of being charged $73 incl, I ended up being invoiced for $148, which included a $30 fuel penalty, $18 for fuel and a $25 cleaning charge. I immediately phoned the gentlemen of the Computer Clinic and explained I had put $12 of fuel in the truck prior to returning it (covered only 21 mph during the rental) and also folded the blackets, so as to avoid the cleaning fee. There was no reasoning with the dishonest and corrupt man who wanted to extort money out of me for wrongs I had not committed. Stay clear of these crooks, as a results I will never go through Uhaul again.. i will be pursuing this matter legally, as corrupt people like this should not be conducting themselves in this way and bringing a reputable name such as Uhaul into disrepute.
