Reviews of Country Hills Toyota in Calgary

I booked a Highlander Platinum with them in December 2021, they booked my vehicle without showing me the demo and without finalizing the color of the vehicle and promised me to show the vehicle as soon as possible quiet before delivering the vehicle and promised me verbally that if you don't like the vehicle or any other condition that they will return my deposit back, and they also tried to extort money on behalf of Interest rates from 3.79% promised to 5.79%.
i had to purchase the vehicle from other dealership and Country Hills did not return my money back after so many visits to them and meeting with people at different levels.

In my opinion they are the most unethical People from this industry.
The biggest culprit is Isaac Messiah alia Bittu, Rajpal Singh and Brian they all are hand in gloves or they are acting on management's behest to get the money by unethical means.

LIARS: I bought a new vehicle from CHT with the promise of Oil Changes for life. They have RENEGED on this promise and mentioned now unless I get service work done there they will not honor the deal. When I've previously called for quotes on mechanical work from CHT it is always significantly more than my mechanic. Why would I pay more for the same work. Going back a couple of years they mentioned I required a new gasket for an insurance inspection. The cost was over $400.00. I went to my mechanic and he mentioned this was out of the scope of what they could fail an inspection for and it wasn't required. He mentioned maybe in a year or two. After fighting with CHT for a week or two they finally mentioned they were wrong and they credited the inspection fee which I have never used. This company has a serious problem with ETHICS obviously. Id personally go else where for the above reasons. BUYER BEWARE !!!
