Reviews of Ducktoes Computer Services in Calgary

Really disappointed with the customer service here. The technician, found a workaround (not permanent solution) to fixing my device. Ran a test that I later found takes less than 2 hours but lied to me that it was on overnight.
I was content to paying an expedited fee but from the technician telling me I would pay for an hour of service then changing it to an hour and a half when I arrived minutes later and nothing was changed with the device. I was not explained how the laptop was turned back on and they later (1 week later when my laptop turned off) told me it was by luck and they didn’t have to do anything.

The money was never an issue but I can’t help but feel like they took advantage of a desperate customer. There are much better computer services out here in Calgary, this place is not it. FYI I paid almost $300 here for a 1 week fix and $75 elsewhere for the same service and permanent solution. Be carful!
