Reviews of Eyecare Plus - Crowfoot Crescent in Calgary

Normally, I would have given this place 5 stars as it started out great, but due to recent events, I do not recommend the Crowfoot Eyecare Plus to anyone who plans on returning for multiple appointments. Although knowledgeable, Sukh cannot handle customer service stress professionally. Because we happened to call and leave a message during a busy work day, he got offended, became overwhelmed, and called my mother "abusive" even though she was polite. She has never raised her voice at anyone and certainly did not intend to "abuse" anyone. All she did was simply call to ask Sukh if he could check their contact lens stock for me. Maybe he misinterpreted something, but without hesitation he started treating my mother unkindly thereafter. Sukh needs to set aside his ego and learn to work with people without letting his own personal emotions interfere. When I was given an expired bottle of eye drops, Sukh rolled his eyes and said that "it's just a sample". Yes, it was just a sample, but it is also solution I am putting in my infected eyes. Instead, he should have advised us to not use it and throw it out. For the past month, I have had to book multiple follow-up appointments, during which 2 appointments were incorrectly booked by Sukh. Not a big deal, but he did not apologize for his mistake and instead made me feel as if it was my fault. My loved ones and I will not be returning to this location. If you are reading this Sukh, I hope you one day realize that the way you treat your customers affects your business. Set aside your emotions and opinions and just be KIND and supportive as any businessman should.
