Reviews of Feisty Consignment in Calgary

I dropped my mostly winter items off with Karen at Feisty on November 21, 2021 and when I called in January to find out if I had any $ in my account, she discovered my bags had been misplaced and none of my items were out on the floor. I was told I’d have to wait until the manager returned to resolve the issue but she was away on an urgent matter and Karen didn’t know when she’d be back. After I commented that I’d already missed the busy Xmas season for winter clothing and described my items, Karen reluctantly agreed to look for them and eventually found them. She offered to let me pick them up but since they were winter items, I doubted anyone else would take them so late in the season and asked her to put them out on the floor. I dropped in with my sister in March and commented to her that I didn’t see any of my items on the floor. Karen overheard me and rudely commented in front of my sister that I’d talked with her before making it sound as if I was a real problem customer. I was called to pick up my unsold items on April 13 and was given a grand total of $37.53 for the at least 2 dozen items that had been sold, many of which were designer labels. Taking my items to Feisty was a terrible experience and a complete waste of time and I do not recommend them.
