Sara hits the customer service nail on the head!
She is friendly and helpful. My referral forgot to mention my name and Sara offered avenues to retain the referral promotion.
She had no issue to quickly see what she could do for me and thus retained my clientship.
Also making sure to fit my personal timeline, she set me up with a reputable aesthetician.

(This was only my second appointment too/Very pleased)
