I went here to get shellac nails. I had an appointment for four and stood at the nail counter for 10 mins before someone came over to help me. I was okay with this at first as the nail tech looked busy finishing up another customer's nails. A lady from the hair salon side came over checked me in. She then informed the nail tech, and the lady that she was "working" on that I was here. Turns out she wasn't doing the other girl's nails, The other girl works there and they were just talking. This makes me really upset as I was standing in plain view of the nail tech but she let me stand there for ten mins anyways. I picked out my nail colour which was a problem becasue she wasn't understanding what I meant my "coral" even though the container had coral written on it. I finally pulled it out of the drawer for her. When she started working on my nails I noticed that there was a wart on her thumb! a WART! That does not incease my confidence in the cleanliness of the spa. I watched that wart soo intently the whole time that I was unable to enjoy my nail appointment. When all was said and done she didn't put the shellac all the way to the side of my nails so I had a white strip down the far side of each nail. And she didn't even push my cuticles back!!! I think this is what bothered me the most. I left the cuticles thinking it would be better to have them there than have the nails that I just got look like they were a WEEK OLD already. But then they started to turn into hangnails. It was a terrible experience. So, I pushed them back and they looked like they were a week older then they should have been. She only worked on my nails for less than 20 mins. I was charged $35!! She did a terrible job and I will not be going back to Hair Dimentions again. While I was paying I asked her about why she didn't push back the cuticles and she said it was becasue it wasn't a manicure. It was just shellac. Really?!?!? I am expected to shape, push back my cuticles, and have my nails ready so she can spend less than 20 mins on shellacing them and pay her $35 for her "service". That is CRAZY!. Why on God's green earth would I do my nails before going to the spa to get my nails done!

Save your money and your time.
