My experience was a total NIGHTMARE. There were NUMEROUS ISSUES with my final alterations & EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE followed. The manager, Kevin, said they’d done their best and there was no chance of any refund for the alterations. When pressed further he simply got angry and hung up. Don’t trust this store to deliver what they promise or you may be very sorry. Their best equates to a high level of ineptitude.
