Reviews of Kingsland Gardens in Calgary

I’ve lived at Kingsland Gardens for a year and a half now. It’s a super conducive apartment complex and the building manager, Saphir does a great job ensuring that it’s a good place to live.
The surroundings and hallways are always kept clean, snow is cleared timely and the lawn is trimmed regularly. It’s a perfect place for raising kids or a young person who wants to live in a quiet, serene environment that’s close to DT.

I think I'm lucky that the management changed at Kingsland Gardens. It's a nice rental now in 2015, honestly I enjoy living here. Considering this an older neighborhood with aging buildings, I think my unit is maintained well. Whenever I request repairs I get proper response from the management and they address the issues well on time.
