Reviews of Kung Fu Restaurant in Calgary

We have used Kungfu many times. Their portions are large, food usually is good accept for the reason i am writing this. My husband is VERY allergic to MSG and does not like food to be spicy hot. With each order we emphasize the allergies and ask them to not be used. Last wednesday was the second time our order used MSG and the veg dish and the squid were so hot we could not eat them. We phoned and they quickly delivered these dishes again, supposably with no MSG and hot spices, after i emphasized again the importance of our request. You cannot taste MSG and until it hits your stomach you don't know it is present. Today is Saturday and my husband has been sooooo sick since Wednesday. Obviously the staff at Kungfu don't understand the danger of being so careful these ingredients are not added. If they cannot do without them, they should notify us when the order is taken. We will / cannot take the chance again so we will have to find somewhere else to order from. If you have allergies...think twice.
