Reviews of LAB11 in Calgary

Tried to book an appt as I purchased a package, no answer. Stopped by, doors locked, lights off. They have my money and I have nothing!

In the past, I would have given this business 5 stars, but since the tragic death of the owner Dr Lee, the wheels have fallen off this place. All the talent has left. Thomas, Tracey, Norrie (and others) have all quit.
The customer service, especially from clinic manager Zoey, used to be outstanding. Now, she won't even return phone calls or emails. Over the past year, I have had several appointments canceled - always at the last minute. Trying to rebook has proved to be futile. I have now accepted the fact that the money I prepaid for a treatment, will not be recovered. It's sad to see them going downhill like this.
