If you have a surgery and a requisition for physio, covered by AHS, avoid this centre! As the receptionist proudly and arrogantly informed me, LifeMark's contract with AHS only requires them to meet a 10 minute maximum for the appointment. So, you will get 10 minutes of the therapist telling you what exercises to do, and sending you on your way, while AHS pays for a full session on your behalf. Now, if you are paying out of pocket, you will get a full session. A scam, all the way, shoddy care, and rude receptionists, just to top it all off. After 2 of these, we switched to another group and got much better treatment and rehab after knee surgery. Beware!
