Couldn’t be more disappointed in this company, and will be taking my business else where and suggest you do too! Booked an appointment which I assumed was over the phone as no where does it state to come into for a appt. nor was there any communications except automated reminders, when no one made any communication 20 minutes later I called to find out I was suppose to come in, however they transferred my call to Laura. This is where it all really went wrong, not only was she very unprepared though she was provided my business information to do her job properly with, when I started asking about the webstore she said no before she even knew what my business was then when she found out it was one of the “approved” businesses for this service (which is not stated on the website page) and then it was a no because I do not already have a large volume going through merchandise .. well isn’t that why I’m coming to your business to grow that?! .. and then when I asked why she was so adamant that solution wouldn’t work for my business she had no idea about all she could say was “I’m sorry” & “no I did not prepare”. How absolutely unprofessional as a first impression and if your a small/local business take your business else where as if you are not a large corporation or franchise they assume and give absolutely horrible service. A local business that doesn’t support local… hm!
