I had to take the day off because the front desk staff can not receive a fax or confirm if they received a fax

The worst staff in the world.
I left documents with them to fill out they lose it. I had had the pharmacy send them a request they I couldn’t get them to receive it then they got annoyed of me calling they hung up on me so I had to take the rest of the day off of work just to go get my prescription.

I like dr Kim Arora but the office staff are making it difficult. More than half a dozen ladies at the front desk yet I could not get them to receive a fax from the pharmacy! If you had 3 competent staff you would make doctors job my much easier and piss off the patients much less!

Until I hear a response from your clinic I will be putting this review every where I can about your service

Dr. Kim is my family doctor at Medi plus 2. The first time I met her, she made me feel very comfortable and I was able to discuss my health issues with her in-hesitantly. She is very knowledgeable and was able to identify the root cause immediately. Myself and my husband felt so relieved knowing that we have found a family doctor who understands our needs, Is friendly, helpful and kind.
