Reviews of Metro Element in Calgary

If you are a person of colour, do not ever go in to that store. I am all about supporting local business but they will never get my money ever again. I just had an encounter with an Asian looking man, he was extremely unfriendly and racist. I was in there with a client looking for new furniture, there were 3 workers including him, no one came to ask us if we needed anything. On top of that, the man followed us until we were leaving the store. He took time to check one Caucasian couple but passed right by us saying nothing. Sir, you are a minority just like us. Worst customer service ever. Do not shop there.
