ZERO STARS. ...... . I have never felt so Discriminated against !!! There front end desk ladies let my sit there from 8:30 AM. til 11 AM After asking them ( front desk ladies) a few times when I would be seen. They actually lied to my face and said I had to wait for the Walk-in Dr.who she said just arrived . Which by this time was 10 Am FINALLY when I got in to see the female Dr at 11 am. I am an Aboriginal Lady... and I have a full time job in which I had to call my office a few times to say I was STILL WAITING to be seen. Feeling very discriminated I let the female doctor know loud and clear how offended i was and still am. . It was so disrespectful to me as a person. This office is mainly run by East Indian descent.. I hope now that this office will do better in the future I will NEVER go there again I was in there to get a prescription refill for anxiety medication. Judgement of people because of nationality is highly against Patient policy. VERY SAD AND HURT emotionally by the actions of this office. ZERO STARS
