Want poor service? You’ve come to the right place. Been here a few times and haven’t had any problems until recently. They take walk ins as priority, even if you had an appointment booked. You’ll be waiting for awhile if it’s busy as they are shorty staffed. They rush through the service to get you in and out, yet you pay for every little thing.
If you’re unhappy don’t bother speaking up. The gaslighting from the staff is unbelievable, so rude. I wanted my nails done, as I was going on vacation. I didn’t like the outcome so I had asked if they could fix the color. The lady doing my nails told me they didn’t have time to fix them (when indeed they did) and said I was being “difficult”. Keep in mind, I came in with a reference photo of what I wanted, the lady reassured me she could do it but it looked nothing like what I had asked. If you can’t execute a design, don’t say you can! The nails weren’t even hard to do, all I wanted was light purple to light blue ombré. She wasted more time arguing than actually solving the issue. In fact, she walked away with my nails not even finished. Had to call in the manager who made me feel horrible as it was her day off. She basically put some crome on along with a top coat and called it a done deal. I was so embarrassed, crying in the chair, as I didn’t want to keep going back and forth. They had no interest in re-doing them for me and still charged me full price. On top of the color not coming out as I wanted, they were crooked and not cleaned up. I had to spend extra money to get them re-done somewhere else on top of what i had paid and gone through here. Not impressed, I personally think the greed has gone to their head. They don’t care about their clients unless you flash your wallet. I am not the only one with a one star review for a reason. Wouldn’t recommend!!
