So brutally dissapointed. After FOUR years of renting a locker at 190$ a month, they have raised the rent to 262.50 with ONE DAY notice!. They had promised that if the property taxes went up, they'll haveto consider raising the rent but it would only be maybe 10$ more. We discovered that thier rent increase qithout warning was illegal. Upon seeing an advertisement for the same unit for 125 a month, and realizing that the same company is gouging long term renters, we have moved to another company. Shame on management for being so greedy!
