No stars still has not refunded my daughters birthday money in a google review he says I was lucky to get any money back and with held 60 % for a restocking fee and then goes on to say he never sold it to me in the first place even though I sent him the receipt that shows the one year warranty and he could not fix the keyboard and sold it to me broken. Bad business bad customer service

No stars.. he gave himself 5 stars on a google review and you will notice that a lot of the 5 star reviews on google have only one review hmmmmm still owes me a customer 275.00 on a refund from March 25th has not paid… was served with a demand for payment ignored!!! I have now complained to the Alberta consumer investigation unit about not getting my refund. This was my daughters birthday money that he owes me on a return of a broken keyboard. This is so ridiculous that it has come to this point Sherman (hein) Kalun chao you ripped my daughter off for her birthday money and I will not go away until you conclude our business!

No stars even sent the owner Sherman Kalun chao a demand letter for payment and still nothing he owes me 275.00 on a return of a key board way back from march 25th my CHILDS birthday money!!!!!! He sold us a broken keyboard then tried to charge me a restocking fee would you believe the nerve of this business owner!!! My opinion I would never ever do business with this man or his company because like many others I have to take him to court to get my money and I will because there is no way he is keeping my child’s money!!!
