I dropped off a package on October 14th - It took about an hour ( I was the only one there) the guy who was helping me was there from another location and did not know the password to login to the computer. The girl I think her name was Anna refused to help him. He was very kind and apologetic to me but the girl he was working with was terrible! She refused to help him in any manner, she knew the password to log in but she would not tell him . He needed to print out my label for the package. So what should have taken 5 minutes took an hour. While I was there waiting for almost an hour I saw her in the back room on her phone the whole time. She literally came out front two times and would not help

Poor
Just awful, never called or buzzed my door. It took over a month to get my stuff. Amazon, UPS and even Canada post are more efficient.
