Reviews of Radiance Nails & Spa in Calgary

I used to come to this salon since I came to Calgary. I met multiple nail artists until I found Anne, one of the best nail artists. Unfornantly, Anne resigned because she returned to school, which made me have another nail artist, Jetta (pronounced Yotta). During the first appointment with Yotta, I asked her to put shellac instead the previous gel. Just a week after, my nails started to crack. A month later, I requested to put clear shellac, and that was when I noticed the damage to my nails; my friends thought I did my nail at home and not in a professional nail salon!!!
I called the salon and asked for a correction; I was referred to the manager, Mindy, who responded late, apologized for the late response, and told me to come back two days later to correct my nails.
When she looked at my nails, the manager told me the damage was from the previous artist, Anne, who I believe is one of the best nail artists I have met. Mindy tried to fix only two nails with polish but told me she could not fix the other nail because there was severe damage that was done by Anne, ignoring the fact that damage occurred at her salon !!!! She recommended covering the nails with colored nail polis, but I have to PAY for the service or just GOOOO!! When I told her that I was going to write a review despite I did not do that in the past because of two injuries (with blood) from the nail machine; she told me, we gave you 20% off for the next service, and you came for the discount!!!
