Doc is good

However the front desk is horrible. Took me an hour of hold time to finally get thru to a live person. Not ok! I also emailed them and heard nothing for two days and calling is impossible too unless you are open to sit and hold for 40 mins to a hour. Even the emails are labeled urgent but still ignored. My daughter has been without her meds for 3 days now since I can’t get thru. Costco pharmacy can’t get thru either. Best to drive in person to actually get a response.
