Have nothing bad to say about Keelie and Nicole S, they are amazing therapist but the establishment is a joke… front desk ladies that used to work there were amazing now they have some new women and someone named Will, basically impossible to deal with! Tried almost 2 weeks of booking to get an appointment finally we agree to an appointment and now they just call me saying oh sorry we’re shutting down (second time this has happened) with no government and restrictions or anything in place. Makes me supper mad as I confirmed that day I will be taking the day off work to come to the appointment as they had no opening for my week off. Definitely not impressed and plenty of other great places in the city that offer better service. Don’t waste your time with this place. First time I understand but second time literally canceling less than 24 hours in advance and ain’t willing to offer anything… but yet if you don’t give them a 48 hour heads up they start charging your credit card without authorization.

Massage was good but customer service sucks. I booked a facial and massage with a $250 birthday gift certificate. I had a medical emergency and had to cancel the appointment. I rebooked the massage for today as there was no spots available for both a massage and facial. After the massage I decided to book my facial and was told they were charging me $50 for my massage and facial cancellation as per policy. As a result, I have $65.00 left on my gift certificate which is not enough for a facial. I will have to pay the difference out of pocket, according to the manager! Wow! Great customer service! Happy birthday to me Riverside Spa! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. I was relaxed until I had to deal with this upon my exit!
